ReplyDeleteBeen following the trike build avidly. Its inspired me to try and build one myself. Recumbents are a very rare sight in the UK, velomobiles virtually non-existent. Good luck with the trip next year. Looking forward to the new trike build.

Recumbents are also very rare in the United States mostly because of lack of interest I presume. I think I have seen only one tadpole trike here ever, and I have lived here all my life.
It's interesting how different the culture is in each country, I know in Germany and in the Netherlands, velomobiles are about as common as recumbents are here.
